Terms and Conditions for Fondue and Show Packages

Thank you for considering our Fondue and Show Packages! Please take a moment to read the following terms and conditions carefully. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

Package Details

Our Fondue and Show Packages include:

• A three-course fondue experience at The Melting Pot Midtown at 754 Peachtree Street NE (two blocks North of The Fox Theatre)..
• One (1) show ticket for your chosen date/time at The Fox Theatre or Atlanta Symphony Orchestra.

Meal Timing:

• Matinee Shows: Three-course fondue experience is served immediately after the show.
• Evening Shows: Three-course fondue experience is scheduled prior to the show, typically 2½–3 hours before the showtime, ensuring a relaxed dining experience. Reservations are automatically assigned upon purchase.

Exclusions:

• The package price does not include beverages, tax, or gratuity.
• A 20% gratuity, based on food and beverage totals (excluding ticket costs), will be added during your meal.

Seating and Confirmation

Show Seating:

• Seating is subject to availability.
• Contact tmpmarketing@gmail.com to check seating availability before purchasing.

Reservation Confirmation:

• Within 24 hours of your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Melting Pot with:
• Your Melting Pot reservation details.
• Confirmed show seating information.
• Important: Your payment receipt is not your reservation confirmation. If you don’t receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, contact tmpmarketing@gmail.com.

Show Tickets:

• Mobile tickets will be emailed at least 7 days before the show to the email address assigned to your payment account.
• Tickets cannot be mailed or picked up in person.
• All sales are final, but tickets and reservations may be transferred to another party.

Complimentary Parking for The Melting Pot Guests:

We are pleased to offer 2 hours of complimentary parking with Melting Pot validation at the parking deck located at:

759 W Peachtree St NW
Atlanta, GA 30308

Important: Please use Google Maps for directions. Apple Maps may direct you to the 4th Street entrance, which is reserved for monthly parkers.

Parking Rates After the Complimentary 2 Hours:

• Up to 30 minutes: $4
• Up to 1 hour: $8
• Up to 2 hours: $16
• Up to 3 hours: $24 (maximum daily rate)

Parking rates are subject to change without notice. The Melting Pot is not responsible for parking availability, rate changes, or any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles while parked in the parking deck.

Cancellation Policy

• All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted.
• In the event of a show postponement or rescheduling, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date, as communicated by the venue.
• For show cancellations that cannot be rescheduled, a full refund will be issued within 30 days.
